You will develop inclusive leadership habits, reinforce your communication & professional vulnerability, build cultural intelligence and learn how cultivate the same in those you lead.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for your interest in Born2Win Coaching. We’re excited to connect and learn how we can support your leadership and organizational goals. Please review the policy below before confirming your consultation or session. 1. Complimentary Consultations Your initial consultation is free of charge. This 30-minute conversation is designed to explore your needs, answer questions, and determine the best coaching or facilitation approach for you or your organization. No payment information is required to schedule a consultation. 2. Booking Confirmation All consultations and sessions must be booked through our online system. Once you book, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your meeting details. 3. Rescheduling & Cancellations We understand that schedules change. Consultations or sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Repeated same-day cancellations or “no-shows” may result in limited future booking availability. If Born2Win Coaching needs to reschedule, we’ll notify you promptly and offer the earliest available alternative. 4. Paid Services For paid coaching or facilitation engagements, full or partial payment is due according to the agreed-upon contract or invoice terms. Corporate clients typically receive a 7-day payment window after invoicing. 5. Session Start Times Out of respect for all clients, sessions begin and end on time. Please log in or arrive promptly to receive the full benefit of your scheduled time. 6. Confidentiality All coaching and consultation discussions are confidential. Personal or organizational information shared will not be disclosed without written consent, except as required by law. 7.
